Yes — mixing is exactly what we're built for. Loose lab-grown diamonds: from 1 ct. In-stock finished jewelry: from 1 pc per style. Custom OEM/ODM new designs: from 1 pc per style. Order 10 pieces across 10 different styles if you like — test your market without dead-stock risk. Branded packaging is supported — the minimum order quantity and cost are confirmed with your quotation.
Speed matters when you're testing new styles. In-stock loose diamonds: 2–5 business days. In-stock finished jewelry: 3–5 business days. Custom OEM/ODM: CAD drawing 2–3 business days → sample 7–12 business days → mass production 15–25 days after sample approval. Reorders of existing designs: 10–20 days.
Yes — samples are how most of our customers start. In-stock samples ship immediately (you pay shipping only). Custom sample: USD 50–200 depending on complexity, 7–12 business days lead time. The sample fee is fully refundable on your first production order.
Your design belongs to you. Custom designs are never listed in our catalog, never shown to other customers, and never reproduced for anyone else. NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) available on request before you share any sketch or CAD. Your CAD files, molds and samples remain your property.
Small orders are welcome, not penalized. Payment is by bank transfer (T/T): 30%–50% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment — the exact ratio is confirmed with your quotation.
Yes. Loose lab-grown diamonds of 1.00 ct and above ship with IGI or GIA grading reports, with the certificate cost included in the quotation. Finished jewelry includes a quality assurance card. All certificate numbers are verifiable online at the issuing lab's official website.
Goods are shipped by DHL, FedEx, your forwarder or a carrier you specify. The shipping method, estimated transit time, shipping terms and freight arrangements are confirmed with your quotation.
Reorders of existing designs: 10–20 days, no new sample needed — your CAD files and molds stay on file, so piece #100 looks exactly like piece #1. Quality: 100% inspection before shipment, free repair within 30 days of receipt for manufacturing defects.
